1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jointt mobile application, website at www.jointt.pk, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Jointt Pvt Ltd (“Jointt”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Pakistani law to use Jointt. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To place orders, you must create an account with accurate information including your name, phone number, and delivery address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. The Service & Delivery Modes
Jointt is a premium marketplace connecting shoppers with corporate anchor brand partners in Pakistan. We offer two delivery modes:
- HyperMall: Same-day delivery within approximately 8 km of eligible stores.
- SuperMall: Next-day delivery within approximately 25 km of eligible stores.
Actual product availability, prices, and delivery windows are determined by our anchor brand partners and are subject to change.
5. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer which we or our partners may accept or decline. Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is settled directly to the corporate accounts of the anchor brand partners. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit card, and bank transfers as available.
6. Delivery & OTP Verification
Every order uses a secure 4-digit One-Time Password (OTP) to verify rider handover at pickup and delivery. You are responsible for providing the OTP only to the assigned rider. Jointt is not liable for orders lost due to the OTP being shared with unauthorised parties.
7. Returns & Refunds
Return and refund policies are set by individual anchor brand partners and displayed at checkout. Where Jointt acts as an intermediary, we will coordinate with the partner to resolve issues. Report any problems within 24 hours of delivery via our live chat, email, or WhatsApp.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
