- To secure credit transactions and process billing invoices seamlessly.
4. WhatsApp Communication & Consent
Consent-Driven Alerts
We only send WhatsApp alerts to users who have explicitly opted in. We do not engage in unsolicited messaging.
By opting in, you authorize us to transmit order status updates, active rider tracking links, support messaging, and promotional coupon codes. You can revoke this permission instantly by replying STOP to any of our WhatsApp threads or by contacting us at privacy@jointt.pk.

Jointt does not lease, sell, or rent your personal data to any external advertisers or aggregators. Data sharing is limited to functional fulfillment:
- Brand Partners: Recieve order quantities and destination addresses to wrap items.
- Riders: Receive your phone number, destination address, and OTP validation keys to hand over items.
- Gateways: Secure SMS/WhatsApp providers and payment portals, locked under absolute encryption.
